1. All participants must listen to boat briefing, safety briefing, safety warnings, and guide’s instructions. It is the responsibility of all participants to seek clarification for anything not understood from these briefings.
  2. Any damage or lost equipment belonging to Island Trip Indonesia will be charged in full.
  3. For safety reasons, Island Trip Indonesia has the right to change the itinerary according to the condition.
  4. Island Trip Indonesia cannot be held liable for and will not be responsible for loss or damage on personal items such as camera, video equipment, snorkeling equipment, passports, jewelries, documents, etc.
  5. All payments made by Paypal is subject to 5% transaction fees.
  6. Full payments must be made at the latest 7 days to start of trip 7.
  7. In the event of cancellation by the participants, then the payment that has been transferred cannot be refunded/moved to another trip/date change, but participants are welcome to find a new replacement (renaming of participants).
  8. In case of force majeure (natural disaster, bad weather, epidemic, and other situations not within control of organizer), the trip can be rescheduled or payment made can be converted to voucher form.
  9. Participant’s inability to show up on planned departure time will result in cancellation and payment(s) made is non-refundable
  10. By making a payment/deposit, participants have agreed with the stated terms and conditions.
